Hi, I’m Hend Salih, the Office Manager at Cera Dentistry. I have over 10 years of experience in the dental field and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Iowa State University. I truly love what I do and feel fortunate to help patients every day as they take steps toward better oral health. Living in Texas for more than 20 years, I’ve developed a deep passion for dentistry and the important role it plays in overall well-being. I have a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and love seeing how a healthy, beautiful smile can change a person’s confidence and quality of life. I believe in kindness, honesty, and teamwork, and I always strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to three amazing kids, one daughter and two boys, and a cat mom to three sweet cats. Family means everything to me, and I bring that same care and dedication into everything I do at Cera Dentistry.

As a front desk team member at Cera Dentistry, I’m usually the first smile patients see, and I take that role seriously with a warm heart and a positive attitude. From check-ins and scheduling to insurance questions, I love helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they arrive. What truly sets Cera Dentistry apart for me is our supportive, close-knit team. We work together seamlessly and genuinely care about the experience our patients have at every visit. Outside the office, I’m a proud boy mom and dog mom, which means multitasking, patience, and a little joyful chaos are part of my daily routine, skills that come in handy at the front desk. My goal is simple. I want every patient to walk in feeling welcomed and leave feeling reassured, relaxed, and happy they chose Cera Dentistry.

As a dental assistant at Cera Dentistry, I truly enjoy being part of each patient’s journey and helping make every visit calm, comfortable, and positive. Supporting both the doctor and our patients with genuine care and a friendly smile is something I take great pride in. Cera Dentistry feels like family to me. The support and teamwork we share every day inspire me to give my best and create meaningful connections with our patients. Moving to Houston and starting a new chapter with my mom and brother taught me resilience, courage, and the importance of strong support systems, lessons I carry into both my work and my life. Outside the office, I am a proud mom to my son, Adriel, and balancing motherhood with my career fills me with purpose. My goal is for every patient to feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease from the moment they walk through our doors, because feeling safe and comfortable can truly change the dental experience.

As a dental assistant at Cera Dentistry in Houston, I truly enjoy creating genuine connections with patients and helping them feel calm, cared for, and comfortable during their visits. I believe kindness, positive energy, and reassurance can make a real difference, and I strive to bring that warmth into every interaction. What I love most about Cera Dentistry is the welcoming atmosphere and the way our doctor treats every patient like family. Outside of dentistry, I’m passionate about gardening and creativity, and I also enjoy exploring new foods and finding great places to eat around Houston.
